Peace of mind***

Peace of mind need not be an elusive thing,
Like a feather floating on the breeze
Always just out of your reach
As you dart forward to eagerly catch it.

Peace of mind, like freedom,
Is all around you too.
Slow down.
Look at the world as it is.
Just look without judgement
And you will see God's beauty.
It is there.

Do not judge what you see.
Do not judge what you feel.

Then you will be free to experience whatever it is
That you actually feel.
The beingness of your life.

Set the beingness free.
Let it loose to roam free.
No obligations to please.
No worries or concerns -
Just freedom
And a profound peacefulness.

Slow down your activity
And your mind will show you
That peace is there within.
There is no need to search as a needle in a haystack
For it is larger than an elephant
Standing right before you!

Yet still you do not see it.
You look too hard.
You try too hard.

Slow down.
Ease up.

Let it all slow down
And you will truly experience
The peacefulness that is inside.

And you will know automatically
That all is as planned
And you need not worry
Or be concerned about the future.

Be brave.
Be bold
And look deep, deep within.
For down in a very deep well within,
You will find the peace you are seeking
And it has been there all along.

Patiently awaiting discovery.
Patiently sitting still.
As you should do now.

Just sit.
Just breathe.
Just listen.

And all will be revealed
In its own true time and order.
The divine order that no man may manipulate or control.
What will happen comes in its own time
And no man can change that.

Be aware that you are godly
And you are supported, loved and protected.
Take comfort from that.
